For existing customers who have received products you will find our customer service telephone number on your invoice along with your order number. Please use this order number and not the transaction order number you received when purchasing via this website as it is processed differently. Customer service can help resolve any product related issues in the quickest way.

Terms and Conditions Clauses
Shipping time frames and terms
Shipping comes direct from the suppliers and can take up to 14 working days from purchase date due to COVID-19/Brexit border closures. Items arrive in branded boxes and cannot be changed. Orders will be delivered by DPD or UPS. Once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number via PayPal. You are responsible for receiving your parcel when the courier attempts delivery. Address cannot be changed once order is placed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you do not want your parcel you can reject delivery from courier.
What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return any unopened products within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number or alternative and full return instructions on how to return the products. Keep in mind that we do not refund nor return any opened or used products sent to us.
Do you provide a return shipping label?
No. Returned products must be shipped at your own cost and we require that you use a traceable method of shipping. Lost return shipments will not be refunded.
Please note that we may be able to deal with some issues but as we are a thrid party distributor we may have to direct you to our customer service team who you can contact by telephone. Please contact us for this information.
What kind of products can I return?
You can return any unopened products within the return period of 90 days after the purchase date.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive notification from our warehouse of the returned goods arriving, we will process the refund which can take up to 11 business days; this is dependent on your bank’s processing times.
